Weren't expecting a critique from ME of all people, were you?
Well, to start it off, I think the background looks really nice. It's just that clear, crisp vibe of it that makes me like it, though I feel that the splatters, or even the BG could be a little more fine tuned. Say, even though I like the black/grey/cyan-ish colour of it, I kinda feel that a more Twilight-like purple background. I don't know why, but my instincts tell me I like it.
Moving on to our lovely lady herself, I think the hat itself looks pretty menacing, and quite fitting with Trixie herself. That was your aim, and you've accomplished it, though I feel once again that it could be improved, especially how those astronomical bodies are blurred out. I understand that it's your art style, but I still believe you could improve a bit on that.(Or I'm just sleepy and it would look horrid if clearer. >_>)
Now, her face. This is undoubtedly the most important thing of your art work. What I REALLY like is the hair. It's just so . . . Toothpastey, but in a more "hairy" fashion. The lighting on it is awesome, and the textures make it better. However, I think that the left strand could've had some more work done on it, and could be improved if it was made thicker. However, it's still really good.
On the other hand, the face shape looks quite iffy to me. I'm not sure why, but I just don't like the roundness of her face. It just looks a bit too chubby. I've cross-referenced some other original images of her, and I'm guess that you could still improve on it.
Furthermore, her eyes . . . Pretty nice if you ask me, though I think that the bloodshot effect could be improved on, basically by just adding more of it around her eyes. I kind feel that just four of them don't really look fitting, though it's just a personal issue. I'm pretty sure there are a few bunch who like it.
The rest of her face is awesome. I like grin, and how it goes along with the nose. But there's one problem, and it seems to be a recurring one. As in, you made the same . . . I wouldn't say mistake, but you made the same effect on your Cynthia sketch, and it looked pretty creepy. I'll leave you to figure it out for yourself.(You're loosing a star here, because of that, and the face structure.)
As for her clothes, they're once again awesome. Buff, intimidating, evil . . . You know, that sort of thing. And this time I think the stars do actually fit along with the lighting, so the clothes, in my opinion, are near-perfect.(Your artstyle seems to bode well with clothing.)
I guess that's all. TL;DR, Good lighting, good clothes(Love that diamond, but it's a bit too big), Great hair, awesome face structure, and a background to complement it. However, it's not as awesome as it could be, which is why I've deducted 2 stars from your impact score.(That's still a good thing if you ask me.)
And of course, that scarecrow in the foreground is cool-looking. How could I forget that? >_>
I hope this helps you, and since I don't actually critique much, my critique may not be as good as some others.
